Thursday, 22 April 2010 15:25

The Green Army have been chopping down guinea grass two metres high, in torrential rain for the past 4 weeks. Finally the weather is clearing.
Now they move to Liverpool Creek which was identified as a priority site for revegetation which will stabilise the creek's banks and prevent further erosion. This project is a collaborative partnership between Conservation Volunteers, and Terrain NRM working with the Cassowary
Coast Regional Council.
