The Wet Tropics' Regional NRM Plan and Investment Strategy provide direction for management, setting achievable targets for activities and outlining priorities for funding.

The Regional NRM Plan identifies the actions, mechanisms and partnerships needed to manage natural resources and their associated cultural values sustainably in the Wet Tropics NRM region. A healthy natural environment underpins our lifestyles, livelihoods and ultimate survival. Recognising we all have a role to play in managing our natural resources, our community has been heavily involved in the Plan's development.
