FNQROC are pleased to present you with the revised Regional Pest Management Strategy and the supporting Pest Assessment, Prioritisation & Planning Framework for your comment.

The Regional Pest Management Strategy builds on the work from Gary Werrren and Kirby Doak to guide regional alignment in effort to reduce the impacts of pests and weeds across boundaries, across the region.

The Pest Assessment, Prioritisation and Planning Framework guides the development of locally distinct, regionally consistent zoned and prioritised Pest Management Plans. The framework also includes a versioned inventory of plants considered to be weeds from a variety of sources, authorities and processes to guide the development of local and regional plans.

We welcome your comments prior to presenting to the FNQROC Board for endorsement.
