DERM is holding a workshop in Mareeba on climate variability and climate change, designed for industry and stakeholder groups in Far North Queensland. The objectives of the workshop are to:
• Raise awareness of the changing climate patterns in the Far North; and
• Assist industry/stakeholder groups to apply a risk management tool to identify and analyse the risks and opportunities, identify adaptation responses and prioritise key vulnerabilities presented by changing climate patterns.Workshop agenda
