The Cassowary Coast Regional Council has formally adopted the Yasi Recovery Plan. The plan was activated on February 11, a week after Cyclone Yasi crossed the Queensland Coast. Deputy Mayor Mark Nolan is chairing the Recovery Group which will manage recovery across the region in four crucial areas – social, economic, natural environment and infrastructure. |
