| Landcare conference - calling for speakers |

Lower Burdekin Landcare Association is calling for expressions of interest to deliver presentations at the 22nd annual Queensland Landcare Conference, being held in Ayr from 20 – 23 September 2011. The theme of the conference, Guardians of Generations, reflects the importance of educating a new generation of farmers and landcarers about the clannges that lie ahead, as well as the value of those people who are willing to share their knowledge as guardians of the land.
Expressions of interest should reach us by Sunday 20 February 2011, however early submissions may be given preference. You need JavaScript enabled to view it : • Your name, position and organisations represented; • Contact details including postal address, phone and email; • The topic of your presentation; • A short description of your presentation (150 words max) that we can use in media releases, program summaries and to inspire people to register for our event; and • A short biography of the speaker (150 words max) that we can use in media releases and program documents.
