A letter to the editor from Mayor Tom Gilmore, Tablelands Regional Council regarding the encroachment of such difficult weed species as Giant Rats Tail and Navua Sedge and activities undertaken by council, Landcare groups, Terrain and BioSecurity and other organisations in attempts to contain these pests.
